Fountain Hills Town Council looks at routine business

On agenda for Tuesday, Feb. 4

The Fountain Hills Town Council has an agenda that includes mostly routine business for its regular session scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 4.

The council will hear a presentation from a representative of TischlerBise with an overview of the process to complete a new development impact fee Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan report. This report is used to plan for and manage the use of development fees collected by the town.

A developer is requesting an extension to a special use permit for property on El Pueblo Boulevard designated for seven residential units on commercially zoned property. The developer has stated there has been delay in obtaining professional services for civil work in preparing the site plan. The town has not yet received a building permit application for the project.
