The Fountain Hills Town Council will review for possible action a series of ordinances pertaining to community residences and town code, as well as potentially renewing its contract for public transit during its meeting on Tuesday, May 19.

During the March 17 meeting, the council approved an ordinance establishing new articles in the town code that moved community residences to business regulations from zoning ordinances and required insurance and inspections for community residences.

With adopting the ordinance, it’s needed to remove duplicate provisions from the zoning ordinance and add the new section for registration.
