The Fountain Hills Town Council has a short agenda for its second meeting of the month as it will review a special use permit and amend an ordinance pertaining to reporting potential residential code violations for community residents.
The SUP would allow light assembly and storage for a property located at 16939 E. Colony Drive. A window assembly business operating out of the suite also includes a showroom and office areas to meet with customers.
The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and unanimously approved the SUP in February.
