Fountain Hills Town Council to discuss museum options

Museum remaining optimistic as council sets talk during budget retreat

The River of Time Museum and Exploration Center met with the town on Feb. 3 to discuss next steps as the museum’s lease expires this summer, leaving a potential $75,000 rent spike.

Museum president Mary Endorf said the town is looking to reclaim 4,000 of the museum’s 5,000-square-foot space for administrative offices.

Endorf said the museum would be limited to just one exhibit, leading her to decline the offer.
