Fountain Hills track pushes toward end of season

13 top-10 finishes at Sedona

With only a few weeks left, the Fountain Hills High School track and field team continues to reach new heights.

The Falcons faced 20 teams at the Sedona Red Rock Invite on Saturday, April 6, and the Falcons set 12 personal records (PR).

Junior Katherine Hampton took second place in discus with a new PR (91’01”), and senior Eliana Bartman finished fourth (79’04”). Hampton placed eighth in javelin (72’05”), and senior Katelyn Smout took 20th in discus (58’03”) and 25th in shot put (19’7.75”).
