Whether it’s Home Delivered Meals, Give-a-Lift, the annual Make a Difference Day, special events or just helping out with everyday mundane tasks, the Town of Fountain Hills is fortunate to have volunteers numbering in the thousands that allow the town to offer numerous services, events and activities that might otherwise not be available.
Kim Wickland, volunteer supervisor for the Town of Fountain Hills, recently calculated the benefit for the past fiscal year, July 2024 through June 2025 and found some impressive numbers.
Volunteers contributed 14,821 hours with a calculated value of $490,791 to the town.
