Fountain of Light unveiled at dedication in Fountain Hills

Sculpture by Brian Schader

From its inception as the artist’s idea to its dedication Sept. 25, it took more than a decade for the Fountain of Light sculpture to become a reality.

The 42-foot steel and glass sculpture sits on a pedestal on the Avenue of the Fountains Plaza in front of Fountain Hills town hall.

Artist and Fountain Hills resident Brian Schader created the sculpture as a replica tribute to the iconic fountain at the center of the lake in Fountain Park just a few blocks away.
