Founatin Hills has seen the addition of nine murals throughout the downtown, courtesy of four artists.
The town has partnered with Art State Arizona to issue a national Call to Artists to find murals for the continued project throughout Fountain Hills. Through the process, Jesse Perry, Cheri Reckers, Anthony Farias and AnnMarie Perry were chosen.
Jesse Perry completed a mural new Fountain View Coffee at Plaza Fountainside. Reckers did three murals at the entrance of the Plaza Fountainside along El Lago Boulevard and Farias did two on the corner of Saguaro Boulevard and Paul Nordin Drive. AnnMarie Perry completed three, too, along La Montana Drive leading toward the Civic Center near the library and International Dark Sky Discovery Center.
