Fred “Skip” Klein died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014, at the age of 84. Born in Chicago, he resided in Arizona for the past 13 years.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ken Klein (Tedi); and is survived by his wife, Izzy; daughters, Sue Conner (Mike), Karen Pritchard (Dave), Gretchen Roth, Kim Stevenson, Nina Palmer (Mike); sons, Bill and Rob; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his trusty dog, Fritz.
A memorial service will be held at Scottsdale Bible Church-Hayden Chapel, 7901 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, on Tuesday, Aug. 26, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
