The lack of public information about the recent firing of the grade school teacher smacks of the same garbage being pulled by our federal administration.

“Keep the people in the dark.” Perhaps local elected officials are trying to mimic their heroes in Obama’s administration.

Not getting needed information from the school officials, I am going to assume that this whole fiasco is politically motivated (PC) to keep us from even participating in the outcome. Thank goodness we have at our disposal a method of getting their attention. The “override issue.”

From what I understand, this whole fiasco emanated from the complaint of one student and resulted in ruining the career of 25 plus years. As a famous TV personality has said on many occasions, “You can tell when your child is lying because his/her mouth is moving!” Those lies, if there, are also accepted by some parents without question.

I am not accusing anyone of a lie, but I do encourage testimony from all involved prior to making such a life-changing decision. My understanding is that only one of the children involved was allowed to testify. And, that understanding may be based upon a rumor that was precipitated by the board keeping secret the facts. We can only hope that if the decision stands, our teacher will disclose the whole story.

Why am I concerned? Only recently did we learn that Homeland Security has released over 36,000 criminal illegal aliens, the latest strike against our country by our crooked federal administration.

If we can’t expect honest disclosure from our local politicians, we are doomed.
