Because I travel to Fountain Hills weekly to visit many of my friends and family members, I am very interested in the political scene.

I confidently recommend Mayor Linda Kavanagh for re-election for the following reasons:

Her well-known commitment to accountability in government has promoted an atmosphere of openness without any hidden agendas, she is totally trustworthy. She has been an amazing volunteer, dedicating her assistance to countless organizations; and has represented Fountain Hills with honesty, grace and dignity. She has treated every resident with respect, and promptly addresses any concerns that are brought to her attention.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to observe and evaluate the perspectives and “agendas” of other candidates, including the current write-in candidate who was too lazy to collect the required number of signatures to have her name placed legitimately on the ballot. What can we expect from someone looking for shortcuts? How seriously will that write-in candidate take the duties of Mayor?

Mayor Linda Kavanagh is honest, hard-working and her dedication to her duties shines. Her hopeful insight into our community’s issues and her willingness to examine thoroughly any problems while listening closely to the public’s questions sets her miles apart from the write-in candidate.

Mayor Linda Kavanagh is a women of her word, works well with others and gets things done. She has been an honorable ambassador for Fountain Hills and has forged many important relationships that are critical to its growth.
