Gilbert Road property sells for $3.33 million

A retail property at 660 N. Gilbert Road sold Jan. 22, 2026, for $3.325 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The buyer was an entity tracing to Kevin LaChance. The purchase included a down payment of $997,500 and $2.33 million in new financing from Sell Wholesale Funding. Contacts listed for the lender are Christopher Eymann and Kimberly Mudd.

The seller was an entity tracing to Dr. Ruskin R. Lines, a dermopathologist.
