Golden Rule
Posted
David Adler
On Sept. 24, 2015, in Washington, D.C., Pope Francis addressed both houses of the U.S. congress and all members of the U.S. Supreme Court.
He said, among other things, “the Golden Rule also reminds us of our responsibility to protect and defend human life at every stage of development.”
Justices and all congressional members, please understand what Pope Francis is telling you. Hopefully everyone else will understand.
Do unto fetuses as you would have them do unto you. It is the Golden Rule excerpt of the word “fetus.”
Some could say his words are a mild rebuke. Not at all! Many others are saying and have been saying it is time to overturn 1973 Roe v. Wade.
Pope Francis’ act of washing peoples’ feet is not simply a symbolic emulation of Christ, but rather his devotional act of humility. AS leader of the Catholic Church and a follower of Jesus Christ, son of God, he is also the people’s Pope; meaning my Pope, too.
To those that need: Open your eyes to this world with all its harsh realities. Here and now, especially with regard to human-selected abortion, open your eyes. You cannot see with closed eyes, nor see through those eyeless masks you wear.
Take off those masks and open those brown, blue, black, green eyes. And then see, perhaps for the first time ever, what has always been wrong with human-selected abortion.
Do not blame or harm “innocence.” Stop abortions and render help for those psychologically wounded females and also, very much, innocents.
