Good Samaritan

On Thursday, June 6, at approximately 2:15 p.m., my car broke down on the corner of Shea Blvd. and the Beeline Highway.

As I began my trek into town in the 111-degree heat, a woman and her daughter pulled over and offered me a ride. I gratefully accepted!

As I began my trek into town in the 111-degree heat, a woman and her daughter pulled over and offered me a ride. I gratefully accepted!

I did not get her name, but I wanted to take this opportunity to public thank her for her kindness and to let her know that I will certainly “pay it forward!”
