Hello, Fountain Hills. We have a theater in town. In fact, we have the best theater in the Valley. That is my humble opinion and I believe it with all my heart. Many “good” theaters in the Valley have closed their doors and that is a shame. Simply put, this cannot and will not happen to us.
On March 6, 2016 they will have their annual big fundraiser and hopefully you can attend. You can still get tickets by calling the box office at 480-837-9661 x3. The theme this year is “Good Vibrations” 2016. Cash bar, hors d’oeuvres, silent auction, dining, dancing and entertainment by the Southwest Surfers and your favorite Fountain Hills Theater performers.
Now entering their 30th season, they started out in a local school gymnasium staging two plays a year. They now produce 16-17 shows a year! We’ve come a long way, baby.

They draw nearly 20,000 people annually. Ninety-six percent of those coming in utilize our restaurants , gas stations, et al, on a regular basis. They are without a doubt a major economic draw for our town.
A huge part of their success is because of their wonderful volunteers that work tirelessly just because of their love of what they are going.
Culture is important to any community, without it we are nothing. Remember “without a song...”
So wax your surf board, dress in your favorite fashion from the era – glitzy, glamorous, beatnik or beach casual – and come join us.
