Long-time snowbird resident Gordon Bedlington passed away peacefully at 95 years of age.
In 1974 after farming seed potatoes in Washington; Gordon and late wife, Eleanor were one of the first to buy at La Casa Cafetal where they spent many winters. He was a member of the Business Men’s Club.
He enjoyed golf and roaming the desert hills. His gift was socializing and he had many friends. They brought their grandkids here every spring for the hot air balloons during the Great 8 Days (Great Fair), played lots of cards and did picnics at Saguaro Lake.
