There is a valuable “asset” at the Fountain Hills Bank of America you probably didn’t know about. Her name is Carly Brown, and she is a personal banker.

During the past year I contacted Bank of America representatives in Illinois, Florida and in Fountain Hills, by phone and in person at all those places, looking for help in finding an old CD. I am administrator for the estate of my deceased daughter-in-law and trying to do my job. All I got was, at best, “I can’t find anything...,” and at worst, no call back, or no help at all.

Then I again tried our local Bank of America and talked to Carly, who immediately started tracing the account. She hit a dead end after an hour but didn’t give up. The CD had originally been purchased at another bank, but she traced it back to the original application and found my daughter-in-law was the sole beneficiary.
