On April 15 we shopped at the Fry’s on Shea Blvd., and when we had loaded our car to leave, it would not start.
We contacted our roadside service and waited for them to come and we waited and waited; over three hours due to accidents preventing them from getting to us.
During the long wait many people asked about our problem, some offered assistance and one lovely lady purchased a water for us while we waited in the car.

The employees at Fry’s were wonderful; they stored our frozen and refrigerated items until we could pick them up later, and the gentleman at the self-checkout had given me a water when I told him of our plight.
We thank everyone for their kindness. We have some very nice people in our hometown.
