Would we use/employ Patti Irwin?

Prior to Patti being a part of the sales team that worked with us, we two realtors showed our home six to seven times in six months.

When Patti contacted us, she asked if she could help us (as most Realtors do); very cordial and not pushy, didn’t give us the same story as most sales people, “I sold so many I can get yours sold, within bla, bla, bla.”

Instead Patti appealed to our need and desire to move out of state. She approached us about a financial institution that would advertise our home with their phone number and qualify a prospect if they were more than lookers, at no cost to us.

Patti gave us the option to have her list us. She was responsible for 45 prospects to check us out. Patti, she got the job done, she got our price, and completed every part of the sale. Would we use Patti again? You bet we would!
