I would like to use this forum to personally thank the staff of the Fountain View skilled nursing for the excellent care they provided me during my recent stay at their facility while rehabbing from a very complicated cardiac surgery.

This was my first experience in a rehabilitation facility with skilled nursing, so I approached it with more than a little fear and trepidation.

The staff was incredible. From my initial interview through the extensive physical and occupational therapy, I sensed a warm, safe environment with employees who care about their patients.

Fountain View has always been to me just another business in our town, but now I know the people behind the door and will certainly tell everybody in Fountain Hills about the excellent treatment I received during my recovery there.

I would also be remiss if I did not take this opportunity to thank my many Fountain Hills friends who made my stay a lot less lonely by stopping in -- even if for a few minutes to check on me or just to say hello.
