While many Korean BBQ restaurants use the all-you-can-eat model, Haan Korean BBQ is an à la carte format because of the quality of meats offered: A5 Certified Wagyu and USDA Prime cuts.

For restaurateur John Hosoo Park, variety and quality are at the heart of his work. After running Oka Sushi, the Avenue’s bustling sushi restaurant for the past six years, Park has now introduced Fountain Hills to a new dining concept: Haan Korean BBQ, which officially opened Sept. 1.

Inside, diners will find two menus under one roof: traditional Korean barbecue and Kobe beef burgers from Seoul Burgers.
