Halloween in the Hills Tuesday

Halloween in the Hills will be celebrated from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, on the Avenue of the Fountains.

More than 40 local businesses and charities will provide free carnival-style game booths, activities and, of course, candy for trick-or-treaters.

Two costume contests are planned. The competition for pets will start at 5:45 p.m. Registration will begin at 5:15 p.m. Participation is free and local businesses provide prizes.

Halloween in the Hills will be celebrated from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, on the Avenue of the Fountains.

More than 40 local businesses and charities will provide free carnival-style game booths, activities and, of course, candy for trick-or-treaters.

Two costume contests are planned. The competition for pets will start at 5:45 p.m. Registration will begin at 5:15 p.m. Participation is free and local businesses provide prizes.

The contest for children under 18 will begin at 6:30 p.m. Registration opens at 6 p.m. at the stage area on the east side of the Avenue near Chase Bank.

The town provides bounce houses at the event and nearby businesses stay open for the fun,
