I had to respond to Mr. Broge’s hateful letter regarding us who do not like Obama’s policies. He called me an Obama hater and one who hates Blacks, Hispanics, etc. What does he base that on? We don’t hate Obama, just his policies, and I certainly don’t hate blacks or Hispanics and others.

I hoped that Obama, as the first black President, would have done a great job. Instead he will go down as the worst President ever.

We do want to take this country back from a President who is leading us toward socialism, a President who follows the Constitution and does not pick and choose which laws to follow.

Does Mr. Broge know that since Obama became President the average income in this country has gone down over $3,000 while taxes and costs have risen?

Does he know that we have less people working now that in 1978 when our population was fewer than it is now? We have many more poor people now and more on welfare. We have close to 50 million on food stamps, a 50 percent increase since Obama became President. Obama has increased our national debt by over $7 trillion, from $10 trillion to $17 trillion, which is bankrupting our country. Does he know about the Benghazi incident and lies? Does he know about the IRS scandals under Obama?

Does he know that Obamacare has left as many people uninsured now as before, but with a cost of over $600 million just setting up a failed Internet site.

Under Obama, we are more divided as a country now than since the Civil War. And that’s from a President who campaigned saying he would unify this country. Another lie.

Mr. Broge, the tone of your letter sounds as hateful as the Republicans you claim you are such and based on no facts.
