VisionFH represents the efforts of a non-partisan, action-oriented group of community volunteers. Our mission is to make Fountain Hills a better place to live by directly involving as many residents as possible in identifying solutions for a sustainable future.
If you care about our community’s quality of life, education, financial health, and economic prosperity, the VisionFH committee could use your help by taking a community survey sponsored by the Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association. Currently, over 1,000 residents have already voiced their opinions on a variety of subjects that will help guide our community for years to come. The committee would like to hear from you as well.
The VisionFH program began with a detailed examination of the community’s overall strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, and threats (SWOT) and after that, it engaged some key stakeholders to assess community values, plus seek suggestions and comments.

The VisionFH program began with a detailed examination of the community’s overall strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, and threats (SWOT) and after that, it engaged some key stakeholders to assess community values, plus seek suggestions and comments.
From the SWOT analysis and stakeholder feedback, five community-driven values and strategic priorities were generated that form the basis of the survey.
After the Survey closes on March 31 and the results are tabulated, a day-long community workshop will be held on May 7 to come up with solutions. The goal of the Workshop is to establish a doable action plan on subjects that matter most to residents.
If you would like to be considered to take part in the workshop, please let the committee know by completing information at the end of the survey. However, please keep in mind that workshop seating will be limited due to the size of the available meeting space.
