The current discussions in Congress to determine whether Obamacare should be replaced by Trumpcare will not result in improved health care.

Because Congress is not dealing with the basic problem, which is that the current overall health system is incapable of providing adequate care for all of the current citizens. As a result, health care must be rationed. Whatever rationing Congress passes, it will leave many people on the lower socio-economic level without health care.

In addition, Congress should also take action to provide more health care professionals and facilities and insure that there is no gouging in the health care system.
