I have had several recent disappointing interactions with the U.S. business driven health care providers.
My experience leads me to believe that their fundamental principle is, “The needs of the business outweigh the needs of the patient.”
One approach to helping the patient would be to institute laws that would permit health care providers the ability to not accept insurance payments. However; if they choose to accept them, they must accept all insurance providers.
