Helping out

On behalf of the Noon Kiwanis Club, I want to thank several entities for their assistance in recent weeks.

The Fountain Hills Sanitary District has been graciously allowing us to store our trailers and other equipment at its advanced wastewater treatment plant yard for several years, but recent expansion projects have made it imperative for us to move.

The Fountain Hills Sanitary District has been graciously allowing us to store our trailers and other equipment at its advanced wastewater treatment plant yard for several years, but recent expansion projects have made it imperative for us to move.

We thank the district and its personnel for accommodating us all these years.

The district helped with planning our move and relocating our trailers.

In turn, the Sunset Kiwanis Club welcomed us and our “stuff” with open arms at its facility across the street. We are pleased to partner with them and look forward to a positive working relationship for years and years to come.

All-Pro Towing Service was instrumental in assisting us move our storage shed across the street. Franky Romo, along with Paul and P.J. Jinzo, went above the call of duty in relocating our shed, making sure it was delivered safe and sound without a scratch.

All-Pro Towing also helps us each year with our K-Kids/Builders Club float in the Thanksgiving Day Parade. We appreciate their spirit of community and volunteerism.

They are a great asset to this community and we would recommend their services to anyone.

Another contractor who wanted to remain anonymous also was very helpful with relocating our shed into its final resting place.

The Noon Kiwanis Club has a long tradition of service in this community, and we appreciate all those who helped us with this latest “project.”

By the way, look for our snack concession stand at “Fourth at the Fountain” celebration on Thursday, July 4. We’ll be selling cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, jumbo pretzels and nachos for all those folks celebrating Independence Day.
