The letters you keep posting from Dorothy Wolovlek are alarming at times. She comes off high-ly uneducated about in-ternational affairs.

Her letters appear as just paragraphs that have been copied/pasted from various sources that just run on and on and make little sense.

Her hateful and bigoted recent letter about Mus-lims (thousands being flown into the USA daily on chartered flights/Muslims taking over small towns in the USA) was highly offensive and unfounded! I found that letter highly inflam-matory and lacking any kind of real facts.

Her views about the lack of Christian and tra-ditional values in our country are laughable too...who is she to judge others and push her reli-gious views on other peo-ple? Why are you publish-ing such trash?

And Dorothy sounds as if she only gets her news from Fox and other right-wing sources. I find her lack of knowledge and awareness about certain political issues truly em-barrassing for our town and your publication. I can only imagine what my Muslim friends would think if they happened to read her latest letter.

Is this how we want to represent Fountain Hills? I am seriously disturbed that her opinions have been published by your department. I think you need to establish some parameters on publishing ill-informed and unfactual opinions such as Doro-thy’s.

It makes your publica-tion look utterly unpro-fessional. Dorothy is cer-tainly entitled to her opin-ions, but I feel they have no place in The Fountain Hills Times. If you think they do, then The Foun-tain Hills Times will have no issue publishing my opinion as well. There is a well-known thing out there in the universe called the Internet, and it does not solely consist of just one link to Fox News.
