As a North Heights resident I, along with my neighbors, enjoy the beauty and distinct attractiveness of our community. My wife and I have lived here for the past 12 years. We compliment the NHPOA Board of Directors as do the majority of North Heights residents in their adherence to the current CC&R’s.
It is through these rules that we have protected the aesthetic appeal and retention of property values.

The current NHPOA board now has three openings to be filled by a North Heights resident vote between now and March 26.
There are three candidates who have pledged their continued support of the current CC&R’s thereby maintaining our community’s natural beauty and appeal.
These three persons are Art Ammon, Don Doty and Geary Goss. They will protect and promote the high standards we enjoy in North Heights.
Be aware there are others running for the board who claim to “uphold the CC&R’s with openness to adjust.” This translates into what appears to be a self-serving desire to modify existing rules to serve the wants of a few while casting aside the desires of the majority.
Uncontrolled parking on streets and drives are but a few of the consequences of “adjusting” CC&R’s.
I recommend and encourage a vote for the three above-mentioned persons to fill the open board positions.
