During a visit to a vacant home, Jeff Stack of Home Watch Neighbor noticed a quarter-sized puddle of water behind a bathroom toilet.

He tried to recreate the drip but to no avail and dutifully included the spot in his report, asking the homeowners if they wanted a plumber to come out.

“Yes, please do,” the response came back.
