We have five in Phoenix, we rent homes in good areas and they are taken care of by house managers who make sure the homes run smoothly and that everyone has what they need, get to their doctor appointments etc.
We have an active advocacy program for those needing end of life assistance, help with funding or just getting to the senior center.

The houses become homes and everyone enjoys fulfilled senior years.
