I was horrified by John Kavanagh’s hateful and vile advertisements and it’s disturbing to me that good people would buy into this disgusting display of dirty politics. Is it too much to expect public officials to act in a decent, respectful and professional manner?

Confrontation doesn’t accomplish anything but division and anger; does anyone really want this? What have we become, accusing good people of bad things? Reverting to lies rather than facts and principles does not win elections in my book!

John Kavanagh and Cheryl Tilford Shea, wife of Park Place developer Bart Shea, paid for this misleading and false advertisement. Why? What are their intentions for spreading such malicious lies? Consider carefully when casting your vote. What they are counting on is that the truth barely has a chance against a lie people want to believe.
