The facts: “Animal predators” (which keep nature in balance) are nearly wiped out, leaving “human predators” (intentional wildlife management).

Natural migration and hibernation patterns can’t exist with the millions of miles of fencing we have today. Killing or culling more males puts species into extinction mode; therefore females have multiple births, bringing the numbers back.

Manipulation is the name of the game and is played by many participants for their own benefits (trophy hunting). The NRA is stepping up with big money to aid the country’s hunting efforts.

“Hunter harassment” laws are increasing state by state to protect these hunting thugs from the likes of me. How ludicrous to think such big egos need protection. There are even programs funded by taxpayer dollars that prey on teaching boys and girls to hunt. What insanity!

Nature photography is just one more euphemism, like conservation, to obscure their bloodlust. Arizona has early spring bear hunts. Imagine just waking up, lethargic, hungry, maybe with cubs, and being blown away.

Bullets are designed to kill. A Ruger 7 mm Magnum with a scope can easily kill at 500 yards with skill.

All of my life I have watched hunters flaunt their fresh kills with much arrogance, thinking they are so manly. The truth is that many species and landscapes are doomed, and it’s only getting worse. Hunters should be viewing wildlife as magnificent animals that are important to the wilderness rather than spilling their blood.
