Tropical moisture from the storm is forecast to arrive in Arizona late Sunday and continue into Tuesday bringing with it rain, possibly heavy at times with thunder storms.

Hurricane Rosa to leave mark on Arizona

Still a hurricane Friday afternoon, Rosa, is forecast to move north and east in the Pacific until crossing Baja California Monday afternoon and evening.
The National Weather Service is predicting that storm will bring rain and wind to Arizona and has issued a flash flood watch for most of the state effective Monday morning through late Tuesday next week.
Tropical moisture from the storm is forecast to arrive in Arizona late Sunday and continue into Tuesday bringing with it rain, possibly heavy at times with thunder storms.
The chance of rain is forecast as high as 90 percent late Monday, with as much as two inches of rain falling over the duration of the storm.
Motorists are reminded that Fountain Hills has numerous wash crossings that flood and they should not drive through flooded streets.
