Ideology

The Town of Fountain Hills would have you believe that this is a non-partisan election. How are you to evaluate people’s activities without knowing their political ideology.

In the case of Ginny Dickey, we have her picketing Sheriff Joe’s training activities at our closed school regarding practice to support children’s safety. On the other hand, we have Ginny Dickey remaining silent with our new Sheriff with training he conducted in much the same manner at the Fountain Hills High School. What is the difference in these two activities except for the political affiliation/ideology?

From this I draw that we should evaluate positions/ideologies and not personalities. I support Cecil Yates’ position on supporting training and equipping our police to protect our children. Following this philosophy, I support Friedel, Spelich and Bulow von Dennewitz for Town Council based on their conservative ideology.
