Why are our tax dollars misused, to “hold” illegal aliens (first crime), who have been jailed for committing another (second crime), until they are afforded, at taxpayer expense, a deportation hearing? Why do illegal criminals deserve such leniency?

They have grown in such numbers that Obama has released over 36,000 deportable felons, onto our streets, between 2008 and 2011.

Now over 275 county jails will not hold illegal criminals waiting for deportation, releasing over 9,000 into U.S. cities just this year. It was disclosed just two weeks ago that hundreds of the illegals released were held for serious crimes like murder, though government originally stated they were only low-level crimes. Murder is not low-level!

Under Obama, 642,564 crimes in Texas alone, 203,685 have been committed by illegals, of which 3,070 were homicides and 7,964 sexual assaults (Texas DPS). Out of the 94 federal court districts, five of them (all southern border districts, including Arizona) account for 40 percent of all criminal cases (Judicial Watch).

As universally reported, illegals commit a disproportionate share of crimes. No worries that over 85 percent of the recent flood of “children” apprehended at the border are males ages 13 to 18 (Pew)!

Now Obama has requested the printing of 34 million new “green cards” for issue of as many as 7 million per year. Guess he’s planning a huge influx soon.

In light of the recent spike in murders, including border agents and last week’s cop killings by a twice deported Mexican national, maybe a better use of our tax dollars would be to “protect” U.S. citizens, rather than put us in harm’s way!
