A celebration of sound and soul, Fest in the Hills will make its debut at Fountain Park from 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8.
The free festival is organized by Fountain Hills resident, author and renowned vocalist Lisa THEE’ Oracle Hightower and will showcase an array of local and internationally touring artists spanning soul, jazz, rock, R&B, Motown and more.
Performers include Valley-based vocalist Khani Cole, known for her synth-driven, sultry sound; Delphine Cortez, a local jazz vocalist whose voice is as inspiring as her journey as a brain tumor survivor; Canadian singer, multi-instrumentalist and composer Yanick Allwood; and acclaimed saxophonist Jermain Lockhart, who will bring smooth performances to the stage.
