‘It’s all about the children’: Kiwanis volunteer reads to Fountain Hills preschoolers

Connie Barczak has spent the last decade sharing books with local children through Fountain Hills Sunset Kiwanis

Fountain Hills Sunset Kiwanis Secretary Connie Barczak read to Little Falcons Preschool students and donated books for each child to take home on Aug. 14, a tradition she has held for roughly a decade.

This year, Barczak shared Hans Wilhelm’s “I Love School!” with students through the funding and support of Sunset Kiwanis.

Barczak has been a member of Sunset Kiwanis, a volunteer organization focused on enriching the lives and education of children in the community, for about 15 years.
