This letter is written in support of Mayor Ginny Dickey leading this wonderful town of ours for another two years. I have known Ginny for 25 years and have worked closely with her on Town and Fountain Hills Public School projects.
Nearly six years ago, Ginny became Mayor of Fountain Hills. So much has happened to move our town forward during that time.
Our town has had tremendous success with our businesses. We have new businesses opening almost weekly, reducing many of the empty storefronts. And our Chamber of Commerce is one of the best in the country, led by Betsy LaVoie.
We are the safest zip code in Maricopa county. Our Town remains fiscally healthy even with the tremendous effort to repair our streets at considerable expense. Our award winning parks have been remodeled, upgraded and expanded.
Ginny is recognized not only as a local leader but also a regional leader who works tirelessly at accomplishing major challenges. Ginny is truly one of the “great ones” in Fountain Hills, one who cares deeply for our community, is passionate about what she does and spends the time required to help people one on one.
Please join me in voting for Mayor Ginny Dickey on Nov. 5.
