Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Frank Moskowitz has ruled in favor of the Town of Fountain Hills and Sandor Development Company LLC, in the lawsuit suit filed by Reclaim Our Town (ROT), a local political action committee (PAC).
The suit challenged the town’s authority to disqualify the ROT petitions to place a referendum on the November ballot.
In a brief written statement posted to the Superior Court website, Moskowitz said he was in agreement with the written closing arguments of the defendants’ attorneys, and denied relief requested by the ROT complaint.
