Junior Achievement returns to Fountain Hills

Seeking volunteers for next school year

Junior Achievement (JA) is back in Fountain Hills to provide information to students for their financial futures.

Theresa Conti worked with JA in Fountain Hills for six years and is a first-year member of the JA Central Arizona Board of Directors. Ashley Sommer approached her for help restating the program this year.

“Both of my children, when they were in elementary school, they did the JA programming, and we just thought it was really beneficial and enjoyable for them,” Sommer said. “It was something that they looked forward to, so when we heard that Fountain Hills wasn’t doing it this year, we went to the administration and asked what can we do to help it get back on track.”
