Ken Norris

Ken Norris passed away peacefully on Jan. 31, 2014. He was the son of the late Earl and Nellie Huebner Norris.

Ken was predeceased by his wife, June Norris, in 2006; his brother, Paul Norris, in 1992; and sister, Elaine Norris Wright, in 2004. He is survived by his step daughter, Rosanna Wisch; niece, Gail Norris Lundeen; and nephews Jim Wright, Matt Wright, Duane Parker and Paul David Norris.

Ken was born and raised in Baltimore, Md. He served as a pilot of a B-26 during the last years of WWII. Following the war he graduated from The University of Kansas with a degree in architecture and he remained in the Air Force Reserves. He eventually retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.

His career took him to many cities including New York, Baltimore, Dallas and Richmond. After retiring Ken and June relocated to Scottsdale and then to Fountain View Village in Fountain Hills.

He will be remembered as a fun loving friend to many. He was loved by all and he will be missed.

Ken will be interned alongside his wife in Paradise Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 9300 E. Shea Boulevard, in Scottsdale on Saturday, May 3, at 11 a.m.; (480) 451-4255. All are welcome to attend.
