The Kiwanis Club of Fountain Hills helped kick off the new school year with a strong presence at this year’s Falcon Fest, supporting students and families as they navigated back-to-school preparations.
The event offered assistance with class schedules, meeting teachers and a chance to enjoy some refreshing Kona Ice.
Kiwanis members staffed booths at both the elementary and middle schools, signing up students for K-Kids and Builders Club — youth leadership programs sponsored by Kiwanis. Several new families joined the club, including parents who had previously been members of Kiwanis or Circle K in college.
