We all know certain behaviors are risky. We don’t have to try everything. In college, we didn’t have to drink the Kool-Aid laced with LSD to know it was risky and dangerous behavior.
Similarly, the town of Fountain Hills does not have to waste time and money on projects that are fraught with obvious financial and operational risks. The lagoon is one such project, as witnessed by the many intelligent concerns raised by our citizens.
