Lagoon letters

Where are the letters opposing the lagoon at the fountain park from the green people?

How about the water conservation people?

The green people have planted hundreds of trees; also had benches installed were you can view our beautiful park from. How much of our park do you want to lose? What kind of a water purification system will it take to clean the lake water to swim in? Will it be like the RO systems we use in our homes? Do you know we lose several gallons of water to make one gallon of drinking water? Instead of discharging the waste water into my sink drain, I had the line run to the outside of my house and use the water for my plants. Check with your local plumber on how to do this.

I am asking all the people that are opposed to this lagoon, also the total waste of tax-payer money, please send in your letters to The Fountain Hills Times. It does not have to be long. You can email Ryan@fhtimes.com. Next, you can email all the Town Council members and remind them of their responsibility to fund the necessaries and priorities first.

I have no idea why we have a Town Council member who wants to make our town an amusement or theme park. Maybe when he was a kid no one took him to Disneyland?

We elect Council members to be physically and financially responsible to maintain the lifestyle and beautiful town we worked so hard to make. Next year marks 40 years since I moved here. I knew even then with its rolling hills and being landlocked we would always be able to maintain its small town charm.

Let’s fight to keep it that way, please send letters.
