A verbal argument between the siblings moved to the garage, where the assault reportedly took place. When deputies arrived on scene, one of the siblings reported their brother had struck them in the face before running off. The family did not wish to aid in prosecution.
The following day, a deputy was dispatched to Bashas’ on Palisades Blvd. in response to a person entering the store and claiming they had been assaulted by family members the previous day.

An assault was reported on Tumbleweed Dr. on Sept. 12, the result of siblings fighting when a resident awoke to find one of her sons going through her personal items.
A verbal argument between the siblings moved to the garage, where the assault reportedly took place. When deputies arrived on scene, one of the siblings reported their brother had struck them in the face before running off. The family did not wish to aid in prosecution.
The following day, a deputy was dispatched to Bashas’ on Palisades Blvd. in response to a person entering the store and claiming they had been assaulted by family members the previous day.
The complainant was transported for medical evaluation, where he was then interviewed.
According to the complainant, his brother and father had assaulted him in the family garage the day prior, which is when he retreated to a friend’s house before trying to contact the authorities the following day. He did not wish to assist in prosecution.
*A theft was reported on 175th St. in Rio Verde on Sept. 14. According to the report, a $100 solar-powered light fixture was stolen from the yard of a resident.
*On Sept. 14, a driver was cited for operating a vehicle on a suspended license while traveling along Fountain Hills Blvd.
*Deputies responded to the Safeway parking lot on Fountain Hills Blvd. to conduct a welfare check after a caller reported a person was sitting in their car and kept slumping over. The individual was arrested after an interview in which they confessed to being in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
*On Sept. 8, a Fountain Hills resident reported they were the victim of fraud. The complainant discovered an unknown person had been utilizing funds from their bank account, with charges starting in late August and totaling about $1,461.
