Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies received a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle parked near Saguaro and Shea boulevards on Monday, Jan. 15.

Deputies found the male subject passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle.

He was taken into custody for possible DUI, possession of drugs and two outstanding warrants. DUI charges are pending blood analysis.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies received a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle parked near Saguaro and Shea boulevards on Monday, Jan. 15.

Deputies found the male subject passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle.

He was taken into custody for possible DUI, possession of drugs and two outstanding warrants. DUI charges are pending blood analysis.

*On Friday, Jan. 5, a Fountain Hills woman reported someone used her credit card information for purchases totaling $185.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 9, deputies investigated a report of a Phoenix man violating a court order for calling his former employer. He was escorted off the property when he was fired. The suspect told deputies he contacted the business in an effort to resolve a pay dispute.

*On Wednesday, Jan. 10, a Fountain Hills woman reported someone had been using her credit information and identity since June of last year.

*On Wednesday, Jan. 10, deputies were called to the parking lot of a business in the 16000 block of Palisades Boulevard. There was a report of a man struck by a vehicle that left the scene. Deputies determined there was a dispute between the victim and a Lyft driver and, based on witness statements, it was unclear whether the man had been struck by the vehicle.

*On Saturday, Dec. 30, a Fountain Hills woman reported that someone was attempting to use her and her husband’s names to open credit accounts.

*On Thursday, Jan. 11, a Fountain Hills woman reported a burglary at her residence in the 16000 block of Monterey Drive. She reported jewelry and other items stolen.

*On Friday, Jan. 12, a Fountain Hills woman reported someone was attempting identity theft by using her personal information.

*On Friday, Jan. 12, deputies investigated a vehicle accident at Saguaro and El Lago boulevards. A vehicle waiting for the traffic light was struck from behind by a second vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle was cited for speed not reasonable, no proof of insurance, driver license not in his possession and was being investigated for possible DUI.

*On Sunday, Jan. 14, a man was found sleeping in an ambulance vehicle parked in an alley near Saguaro Boulevard and Colony Drive. The man was cited for criminal trespass with additional charges pending follow-up with the business owners.

*On Sunday, Jan. 14, two people reported being lost on a trail in the McDowell Mountain Preserve. The callers were located by air assistance and were airlifted off the trail to a paved area nearby. They were given a ride back to their vehicle parked at the trailhead on Golden Eagle Boulevard.

*On Sunday, Jan. 14, deputies received a report of a disturbance next door in the 9000 block of Monterey Drive. Deputies found that a woman and her son had been arguing while cleaning their residence. There was a lot of yelling and some glass was broken. The son was taken into custody for criminal damage and disorderly conduct domestic violence.

*On Monday, Jan. 15, deputies received a report of a physical fight between a couple on a trail in McDowell Mountain Park. They told deputies they were transients living out of their vehicles and chose the park to meet. They were asked to leave the park and not return.

*On Monday, Jan. 15, a Rio Verde resident reported jewelry valued at $2,400 was taken from their residence between October of last year and January.

*On Thursday, Jan. 11, a Fountain Hills man reported someone used his personal information to hack his cable account and retrieve his personal information.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 16, a Mesa man was cited for speeding on McDowell Mountain Road. He was reported traveling 58 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license and having no insurance.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 16, deputies received a report that a man believed to be homeless had entered a convenience market at Fountain Hills and Palisades boulevards and threatened to return and kill the clerk.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 16, a Glendale woman was cited for criminal speed on Saguaro Boulevard. She was reported traveling 65 mile per hour where the speed limit is 35.
