Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies were called out to a report of a domestic fight in the 14000 block of N. Saguaro Boulevard on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

Deputies found that a couple had gotten into an argument during a child custody exchange. Neither party wished to press charges against the other.

Deputies submitted the information to the town prosecutor’s office for possible charges for disorderly conduct/fighting.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies were called out to a report of a domestic fight in the 14000 block of N. Saguaro Boulevard on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

Deputies found that a couple had gotten into an argument during a child custody exchange. Neither party wished to press charges against the other.

Deputies submitted the information to the town prosecutor’s office for possible charges for disorderly conduct/fighting.

*On Thursday, Sept. 28, two brothers got into a fight at a residence in the 17000 block of Calle Del Oro. Though both received minor injuries neither wanted to press charges against the other. They declined treatment for injuries, and deputies are submitting the information to the town prosecutor for possible charging.

*On Wednesday, Sept. 27, a resident of the 11000 block of Saguaro Boulevard reported someone had punctured the tire on their vehicle.

*On Friday, Sept. 29, deputies stopped a Phoenix man for speeding on Saguaro Boulevard near Palmer Way. He was found to be driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released to another driver.

*On Friday, Sept. 29, a Fountain Hills man and woman were both cited for assault following an argument in the 12000 block of Mountainside Drive. The two had gotten into an argument over cookies that had been eaten, and that escalated into an argument that included spitting on one another. The two were released and separated for the night. Deputies are submitting the report for possible charges.

*On Wednesday, Sept. 27, deputies received a report that mail from the US Postal Service was found scattered on the ground at FireRock Country Club.

*On Friday, Sept. 29, a Tempe man reported that his wife’s credit card had been stolen and used at a Fountain Hills convenience market.

*On Saturday, Sept. 30, a man reported damage to windows at a residence in the 15000 block of Mark Lane in the Rio Verde Foothills area. The windows were damaged in three places and it appeared they were damaged by pellets.

*On Saturday, Sept. 30, a man reported three chain saws stolen from within a gated yard at Rio Verde Ranch.

*On Thursday, Sept. 28, a resident of the 14000 block of La Costa Drive reported a tire damaged on their vehicle.

*On Saturday, Sept. 30, a woman reported a burglary at her father’s house in the 10000 block of Ventura Court. A BMW vehicle and a tool box were reported stolen.

*On Sunday, Oct. 1, a man reported a Suzuki motorcycle stolen from a residence in the 29000 block of N. 136th Street in Maricopa County.

*On Sunday, Oct. 1, deputies responded to a reported traffic hazard in the 14000 block of Saguaro Boulevard. They found a rental truck had gotten stuck pulling into a drive way. It bottomed out and a tow truck had to be called. There was damage to pavement in the street in the effort to free the truck.

*On Sunday, Oct. 1, a resident of the 16000 block of Scorpion Drive reported items stolen from their vehicle including cash and gift cards with a total value at $150.

*On Monday, Oct. 2, deputies received a report that someone had attempted to break into a storage unit at a residence in the 14000 block of Teakwood Drive. Nothing was found to be missing, but it appeared as though storage units used by other residents were also tampered with.

*On Monday, Oct. 2, a resident of the 11000 block of Saguaro Boulevard reported a lock had been cut on a gate to the rear yard.
