In this incident the suspect allegedly threw a kitchen knife at a deputy who used a Taser on the man and he was taken into custody without further incident.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Fort McDowell man at his mother’s residence on the reservation on Wednesday, June 7.
Deputies have responded to the residence several times in recent weeks related to his violating a court order of protection his mother has against him.
In this incident the suspect allegedly threw a kitchen knife at a deputy who used a Taser on the man and he was taken into custody without further incident.
The man faces potential charges on several counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer and attempted aggravated assault with a dangerous implement.
*On Saturday, June 10, deputies were called to investigate a possible hit and run incident in a hotel parking lot in Fountain Hills. A witness who is an employee at the hotel provided deputies with information regarding a suspect vehicle as well as information on the victim’s vehicle.
*On Tuesday, June 6, a Fountain Hills woman reported that her son had received a phone call from an unknown person threatening to kill him in front of his family. He had been receiving calls over several weeks.
*On Saturday, June 10, a Fountain Hills man reported medications stolen from his home in the 17000 block of Calle Del Sol. There were significant quantities of three different prescriptions taken.
*On Saturday, June 10, deputies responded to a vehicle accident on Shea Boulevard in front of the Circle K convenience market. Two people on a motorcycle were taken to the hospital after they were struck from behind by a second vehicle. The motorcycle had slowed to make a turn into the gas station when it was hit. The two were transported to a medical facility for evaluation as a precaution. The driver of the other vehicle was cited.
*On Sunday, June 11, deputies stopped a Phoenix woman for speeding along Shea Boulevard and arrested her when it was found there were warrants for her arrest.
*On Thursday, June 8, deputies responded to a vehicle accident on Rio Verde Drive at 144th Street. An eastbound vehicle was making a left turn onto 144th when it was struck by a westbound vehicle.
*On Thursday, June 8, a Fountain Hills man reported receiving a call from an unknown person asking for money to get his son out of jail.
*On Wednesday, June 7, a Fountain Hills man reported receiving a check for $1,720 for a chair he was selling on the internet for $125.
*On Friday, June 2, an unknown male suspect entered a fenced yard in the 9000 block of N. Technology Drive and removed property from the yard.
*On Wednesday, June 7, deputies responding to a report of domestic violence disorderly conduct and arrested a woman with outstanding warrants for her arrest.
*On Monday, June 12, a woman reported someone used her driver license information to purchase three cell phones at a store in Georgia.
*On Tuesday, June 13, a Phoenix woman reported discovering the license plate on her vehicle had been replaced with another plate while she was in Fountain Hills on business.
