Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies in Fountain Hills recovered a stolen vehicle on Wednesday, April 19, after they were called to the Eagle Mountain Golf Club for a reported suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
Upon investigating deputies found the vehicle had been previously reported stolen from a residence in the 16000 block of Nicklaus Drive in Fountain Hills.
There was no apparent damage to the vehicle but, after inspecting the vehicle, the owner reported property valued at about $620 missing.

*On Friday, April 21, a Chandler man was arrested in Fountain Hills after he was stopped at Saguaro Boulevard and Malta Drive. A deputy noticed that the license plate registration was expired. The man was found to be driving with a suspended license and had three warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody.
*On Saturday, April 22, a Fountain Hills woman reported she got into a fight with her husband and she said he grabbed her around the neck as she tried to get away.
*On Monday, April 17, a resident of the 15000 block of El Lago Boulevard reported the theft of landscaping lighting valued at $45 from their home.
*On Sunday, April 23, an Anthem man was stopped for speeding on Saguaro Boulevard near Trevino Boulevard and was found driving with a suspended or revoked driver license.
*On Friday, April 21, a Fountain Hills resident reported he was struck by a vehicle while walking his dogs on Sycamore Drive. He said he was struck by the side mirror of a dark-colored Toyota. He was not injured.
*On Thursday, April 20, a Fountain Hills woman was found to be driving a vehicle without an interlock device as she was required by court order. She was stopped on Saguaro at El Lago Boulevard after a random check found the vehicle registration expired.
*On Thursday, April 20, two residents made separate reports that their vehicles had been damaged when eggs were thrown at them. Both vehicles were parked in the North Heights area of Fountain Hills.
*On Saturday, April 1, a Fountain Hills man reported a UPS delivery with prescription drugs had been stolen from a residence in the 15000 block of Tacony Drive.
*On Tuesday, April 18, deputies received a report that someone had stolen jewelry from a hiding place at a residence.
*On Monday, April 17, a Fountain Hills woman reported she was a victim of a scam when a person paid more than she was asking for on an item she was selling online.
*On Wednesday, April 19, a Fountain Hills woman reported she was notified by the IRS that someone had used the identity of her and her husband to file an income tax return.
*On Thursday, April 20, deputies were called to the 15000 block of Dixileta Drive when a woman reported a strange man outside her home speaking incoherently and complaining about people who were not there making noise.
*On Thursday, April 13, a Fountain Hills woman reported someone had used the Social Security numbers of her and her husband to file a tax return.
On Wednesday, April 19, a woman reported a burglary from her vehicle. Someone had broken the front passenger window and removed a purse containing her driver license, bank cards, passport and jewelry. She estimated the property value at about $10,000.
*On Monday, April 24, a woman reported an estimated $8,800 in jewelry removed from a night stand in her residence in the 14000 block of Escondido Drive.
*On Monday, April 24, a resident of the 17000 block of Oro Grande reported a set of Ping golf clubs valued at $2,000 taken from his garage.
*On Tuesday, April 25, a Fountain Hills man reported several unusual purchases made online using his business debit card.
*On Sunday, April 23, a male subject was observed on surveillance video removing a $400 PS4 from the Target store in Fountain Hills.
*On Monday, April 24, two male subjects were observed on surveillance video using an emergency exit to leave the Target store in Fountain Hills with merchandise with an estimated value of $1,200.
*On Wednesday, April 26, a man reported someone attempted to break into his vehicle in a parking lot in the 12000 block of Saguaro Boulevard. As he approached his vehicle he observed a female subject get into his vehicle. When he approached and asked what she was doing she stated she got into the wrong car. She then got into another vehicle and left.
*On Tuesday, April 25, deputies were called to a minor two-vehicle collision at Keith McMahon Drive and Fountain Hills Boulevard. One of the drivers was arrested for DUI.
